Refund Policy

Customers have a 24-hour cancellation window after order has been placed. If order is cancelled within 24 hours, customer will receive a full refund. 

Customers needing to cancel an order after the 24-hour period, will be refunded minus a $20 restocking fee.

There are NO REFUNDS on waffle purchases including the entering purchase and the waffle item. Please note, waffle items may have some slight defects as they are handmade.

There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders, no exceptions. Please allow 21 business days for processing before shipping. This is subject to change based on order volume.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware, we may ask for photo documentation in cases of shipping insurance.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Where is my package?

Once your package is shipped, an email with tracking info is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Shipping time will then vary depending on the shipping service you selected at checkout. If you can't find the email with tracking, please contact us and we'll forward it your way.

My package is delayed, what can I do?

Please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to submit an investigation. Note that we are not liable for carrier delays on non-guaranteed service classes.

My package is lost or damaged.

Up to $100 insurance is included in with your order, we can submit a claim with your carrier to replace or refund your order up to $100. Just contact us with your order details and we can help!

My package shows delivered, but I didn't get it.

First check with your neighbors or see if there is anywhere else the carrier could have left it. If still not found, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to submit an investigation. Refunds are not issued when proof of delivery is provided but we’re happy to help you reach out to the carrier for more information.
